Tuesday Member Feature – St. Cloud State Women’s Center
The St. Cloud State Women’s Center attained their current location on the campus of SCSU on October 23, 1989. The Center is “home to an array of support services designed to improve the lives of women.” It provides a resource library featuring information pertaining to gender justice issues, as well as the Baby Café, a safe and comfortable environment available for breastfeeding.
Their mission is “With passion and purpose to end sexist oppression, the Women's Center promotes a safe, inclusive and engaged community through advocacy, education, alliance-building and women's leadership.” Their services are open to all students, staff, as well as members of the community.
